Discontinue drug if elevated 3 times above baseline

Routine monitoring not clearly helpful, but would check in presence of symptoms (myalgias/muscle weakness) or if gemfibrozil and statins used together. Consider stopping drugs if elevated 3-5 times above baseline.

Uric Acid

Uric acid monitoring optional in absence of symptoms of gout

*CBC

One post-therapy CBC recommended to screen for leukopenia.
