Recovery Act Stimulus Funding

President Obama recently signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (AARA or Stimulus Act) into law. Of the total $787 billion in funding provided under the Stimulus Act, $21.5 billion is reserved for federal research and development. These funds must be allocated within the next two years.
