Clinical Programs

Regional Osteoporosis Center The Center added a state-of-the-art dual energy x-ray densitometer DXA machine with high accuracy, precision and minimal radiation exposure and a heel ultra-sound machine. This DXA scanner is used for both clinical and research patients; a qualified senior DXA technologist performs the scans.

Diabetes Clinic In addition to providing general and specialized diabetic care, the Division has expanded into providing training and maintenance for insulin pumps, dietary counseling and diabetic patient education.
