Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences Eligibility (MSBS)

Applicants will be evaluated on the basis of their undergraduate academic record and recommendations from two individuals knowledgeable about the student's academic potential.  All applicants for admission are required to have a baccalaureate degree that includes the following courses:  General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.  The majority of students accepted have a cumulative and science GPA of 3.0 or higher. However, students with lower GPAs may be accepted if their record shows marked improvement in the latter years of their undergraduate career.

Students must submit scores for the Graduate Record Examination (GRE), Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT), or the Dental Admissions Test (DAT).  Generally it is expected that students will have  GRE scores in the 60th percentile or higher or MCAT scores above 22.  Note that you must have taken your GRE/MCAT/DAT within 5 years of your desired enrollment date.

All applicants must submit their application and supporting documents by the deadline.
