MS in Clinical and Translational Science Registration Information

All students must complete a registration form in order to enroll in any course associated with this Masters degree.  All registration forms must be signed by one of the Program Directors, Dr. Ramsey Foty or Dr. Debu Banerjee, or by the Senior Associate Dean of the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Dr. Terri Kinzy.

To expedite registration, you can download and fill out the registration form (see link below) and then fax it to Dr. Foty at (732) 235-6003 or Dr. Kinzy at (732) 235-4720 for signature.

Course Registration for Fall Semester:  July 15 -- August 1

Course Registration for Spring Semester:  November 15 -- December 1 

Please note that once registered, a student may withdraw from a course without penalty if a completed withdrawal form is submitted to the registrar within 10 academic days from the start of the course.  An academic day is defined as a day that GSBS classes are in session, i.e., excludes holidays, weekends, and days that UMDNJ is officially closed due to inclement weather or other conditions that necessitate emergency curtailment of operations.  Please view the GSBS student handbook for additional information regarding registration.  Click Here to view GSBS Masters Student Handbook.
