Undergraduate institution: University of Maryland (so much Maryland pride!)

Medical school: George Washington University

What made you choose RWJ: The residents! And great exposure to the subspecialties.

My ideal Saturday consists of: Relaxing with several cups of coffee and occasionally having the same weekend off as my husband

Last read: The Boys in the Boat. It was FANTASTIC. Go read it now! Also, Edward Hermann narrates the audiobook version and he's amazing.

Favorite NJ activity: Going to the beach in Long Branch (yes, I call it the beach instead of the shore because I'm from Maryland) and going to Playa Bowls

Currently listening to: Into the Water by Pawla Hawkins on audiobook (I love audiobooks. I will convert everyone!)

Favorite sports team: Ravens and Terps (are you sick of my Maryland pride yet?)

Currently binge-watching: Big Little Lies on HBO

What made you choose RWJ: Having an immediate and easy connection with the residents. Plus, it's a great program and close to home and other major cities!

My ideal Saturday consists of: Sleeping in then going shopping (currently for furniture) and trying new restaurants for dinner
