Kathy Roberson, MSW

Kathy Roberson received her Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University and Masters in English/Creative Writing from SUNY Stony Brook. She has worked as Policy and Information Coordinator at The Elizabeth M. Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities since 2003. Kathy co-authored Keeping it Real: How to Get the Support You Need For the Life You Want, which is a curriculum designed to teach young adults with disabilities how to get the supports they need to reach their goals.

Kathy is a parent of an adolescent daughter with disabilities, and in both her professional and personal capacities, works to help communities become more fully inclusive and responsive to the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families.
