Enabling Korean Churches in New Jersey to Include people with Disabilities: Motivation, Directions, and Supports

This workshop is designed to help Korean churches and service providers in New Jersey to support people with disabilities. There are about 600 Korean churches and faith based organizations in New Jersey and New York. Korean religious communities can be truly valuable supports for people with disabilities. The presentations and discussions at this workshop will identify relevant knowledge, opportunities for cooperation and collaboration among Korean communities, and valuable support and resources for congregations to facilitate services and inclusive ministries with Korean people with disabilities.
