Clinical and systems approaches have been developed over time to support people with Dual Diagnosis (IDD/MI) to live in their communities. In this session, Ms. VanEerden will share effective strategies from Pennsylvania to build statewide capacity to best support individuals with IDD/MI living in the community, including reviewing and selecting specific best practices; identifying needs and gaps in training and service delivery; as well as gaining support and increasing skills at all organizational levels.
