Class Gifts

The Alumni Association sponsors a breakfast during Orientation and presents stainless steel coffee mugs and pens as welcome gifts to incoming students. It also presents third-year students with copies of the Maxwell Quick Medical Reference during the Student Clinician Ceremony.

At Match Day, the Alumni Association sponsors a toast and presents fourth-year students with champagne glasses with the association's logo.

Graduating students are presented with Alumni Association mugs at Convocation and alumni certificates at Commencement. The Alumni Award is awarded to two graduating students who "best demonstrate the high ideals of the medical profession, maintain the highest standards of personal integrity, and have made a significant contribution to the medical school class."
