 Welcome to the Medical History Artifacts Collection of the UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. I'm Dr. Russell McIntyre, Professor and Director of the Collection.
In order to view the collection, you will have to install and run a small file reader for the digital web-book called "Page Author." To obtain this "DNL Reader," click on the link above and save it to your desktop or hard drive. After it is saved, you will have to double-click on the saved file to install it. It will take less than a minute to install the file. Then, you will be able to view the hundreds of instruments in our artifacts collection. What is the DNL Reader ?
The Digital Web Book Reader will allow you to view .DNL files that can be produced by using the Page Author software.
DNL files are data files which requires the
installation of a small Reader in order to be viewed. Viewing the Digital Web Books in the DNL format allows for a safe viewing experience, it also reduces the file size of the final document hence even less time is spent downloading your Digital Web Book.
The DNL Reader also allows for digital web books to be viewed inside a browser.
