Registrar

Welcome to the Office of the Registrar at UMDNJ - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS).  Our primary mission is the maintenance, management and accountability of all student educational and academic records.  We do this with the strong support of Student Affairs, the Office of Education, Financial Aid and our dedicated Faculty.  The staff listed in our Office Directory are here to provide information and support to students, faculty and departments, as well as other institutions.  Among the many services we provide are:

  • Administer & Uphold the Academic Rules & Regulations of UMDNJ & RWJMS
  • Academic & Graduation Audits
  • Alumni Verifications & Licensures
  • Enrollment & Registration, including Electives
  • Federal & State Compliance (HIPAA, FERPA, etc)
  • Visiting Student information & documentation
  • Management of Forms necessary for medical studies (Requests for changes in Address, Name, Transcripts, etc)
  • Aid & Guidance through the Student Handbook

Office Hours:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:    8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
                        Wednesday (closed in the morning):  11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Course and Block schedules vary greatly from year to year.  1st-Year Student and 2nd-Year Student Year schedules can be found by accessing the appropriate Class Year under the ACADEMICS tab on the left panel.
